1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the bd33 platform, accessible via bd33.wine and our official mobile app. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you create a new account, access any game, or use any service on the bd33 platform.

By continuing to use our platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the bd33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform
• Register in your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited
• Never previously banned from using bd33 services

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bd33 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document
• Valid date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A phone number registered in your own name

Bd33 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Bd33 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including online bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform's payment page. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's cashier page
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances
• All deposits are subject to security checks before being credited to your account

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable)

5Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms
• Players found to have abused the bonus system will forfeit all related bonuses and wins
• Bd33 reserves the right to recover any bonus credited in error due to a technical fault
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash

6Game Rules

General terms applicable to all games on the bd33 platform:

• Each player is responsible for understanding the rules of a game before placing a bet
• All game outcomes are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party
• Results of completed games are final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is a serious violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities

7Security, KYC, and Fraud Prevention

8Account Closure and Suspension

Bd33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Endorsing or verifying multiple accounts for a single individual
• Suspicious activity related to payment fraud or money laundering
• Attempts to unfairly exploit the bonus or game system
• Self-exclusion requests received directly from the player

If your account is closed for a valid reason unrelated to a violation, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you once all required checks are completed. No funds will be refunded for account closures resulting from a breach of terms.

9Liability Limits

The bd33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, bd33 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.

Bd33 shall not be liable for:

• Losses or missed opportunities arising from service disruptions beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Device damage or data loss occurring during use of the platform

10Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Bd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the bd33 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through the process established by the bd33 platform before any further action is taken.
